About MJB Coaching

MJB Coaching provides a Life Coaching, Career Coaching and Business Coaching service, as well as HR Consultancy to SME companies. Based in Sheffield, coaching can be carried out face to face or on a national or international basis by telephone or Skype.

The Company is run by Martin Bennett. He has lived overseas, travelled extensively and lived through a variety of situations which allow him to pinpoint ways forward when coaching clients individually.

He worked for almost 20 years in HR management, so brings wide experience of being able to identify both HR and strategic business needs, as well as a history of coaching and mentoring managers and employees.

Martin has a Level 7 Coaching Diploma, and is a member of the International Institute of Coaching and Mentoring. He also has an MSc in HR Management, and a Law (Honours) degree.

He takes a holistic approach to coaching, working on different aspects of a client's life. He assists clients to overcome mental barriers, and to achieve goals, enabling them to live more productive and fulfilling lives.
