About Mint Body & Mind
Mint Body and Mind uses a full body and mind approach to health, wellbeing and fitness. We use Coaching, Pilates, Personal Training and Nutrition services for women who want to get control of their body and mind. We can help with back issues, injury rehabilition, weight issues, nutrition and body confidence.
Our on-site female Lead Coach specialises in working with women, working either one-to-one sessions or small group sessions to achieve client goals, such as fat loss, improved muscle tone or body rehabilitation.
She runs online and in person Pilates classes in and around Maidstone. There is also one-to-one Pilates work sessions for more specific needs.
Our Personal Trainer is fully qualified to CIMSPA Advanced Level 3 (R0065846), working with women with a variety of issues, such as injury rehabilitation, weight issues and body confidence/strength. We can also accept referrals from Physiotherapists/Osteopaths or other practitioners to work with to supply clients with a symbiotic rehabilitation programme.
