I am a qualified Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT) and Clinical Hypnotherapist, specialising in anxiety, stress, trauma and PTSD.

I specialise in anxiety and stress disorders because it is these conditions that underpin and exacerbate just about every problem issue for which you may be seeking hypnotherapy. We work together in the strictest of confidence, to eradicate those concerns, in an atmosphere of calm, safety, warmth and comfort.

I have undergone extensive training in advanced hypnotherapy and am proud to have been trained in person by Marisa Peer, the world renowned speaker, author and founder of RTT - the therapy which has become known worldwide as the 'super therapy, ' due to its exceptionally rapid, powerful and permanent results. I am also highly trained in other scientifically researched and documented therapy treatments, such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and Rewind, to ensure I have the most powerful toolbox from which to help you deal with your particular issues. These techniques are widely used to treat PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), phobias and deep-seated trauma and published success rates are extremely positive.

Having great rapport between client and therapist, is the most important element in getting positive results so my best advice to you when choosing your therapist, is, that if it instinctively feels right to you, during your initial exploratory conversation, then it probably is!

I treat every client as a unique individual and tailor you therapy plan accordingly. Therefore no two clients, even with similar presenting issues, will recieve the same treatment.
