Sometimes things happen in our lives to stop us in our tracks and no matter how logically you try and work it out, it just doesn't seem to go away. The next thing you know time has passed and its still hanging over your head, robbing you of the life you once loved.

I offer very relaxed consultations and sessions in an non - judgemental confidential environment.
My clients include one to one, groups and varied workforce's sessions helping to promote a sense of purpose and clarity. I always treat each session with integrity and respect for each of my clients and tailor them to suit.
I run weekly group coaching sessions in and around Glasgow, teaching mindfulness techniques and positive living while keeping things real.
Its not all about going round constantly smiling and never saying no, its about finding what works for you, how you can be more positive, finding what works for you and that sometimes it good to say no to a lot of things however its great saying yes to more things especially when its good for you :).
We have branched out and now offer a range of Holistic Therapies as part of a Health and Wellbeing Initiative.
Listening to our clients is imperative, and by doing this we decided to incorporate these therapies to compliment the Coaching sessions.
What we found is the clients enjoy the completeness of their transformational journey.
Ending it with re-aligning energy work makes the process complete.
