My experience at Maida Smile has been exceptional from start to finish, and I feel compelled to share just how impressed I have been with the entire team. Finding a dental practice where you feel genuinely cared for can be difficult, but from my very first interaction with Maida Smile, I knew I had found a clinic that puts its patients first. The first thing that stood out to me was the professionalism and friendliness of the reception team. They are always welcoming, approachable, and willing to help with any questions or concerns. Every visit has been organised efficiently, and I have always felt valued as a patient rather than just another appointment in the diary. I would especially like to thank Rania, who has been absolutely wonderful throughout my experience. She is a true asset to the practice. From arranging appointments to answering questions and providing reassurance, she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure patients feel comfortable and supported. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism have made a huge difference to me. Dental treatment can sometimes be stressful, and having someone like Rania there to offer reassurance has been invaluable. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr Anna Maria, Dr Pedro, and Dr Benedict for their outstanding dental care. Each of them demonstrated a high level of professionalism, skill, and genuine care throughout my treatment. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and ensured I felt comfortable and informed at every stage. I went to the Maida Smiles Clinic for the first time and had the most wonderful experience! I am dentist phobic but strangely left the place with a big smile on my face (literally! ). The receptionist was super kind, Susan was impeccable and very helpful, and I had my appointment with the most amazing dentist Dr Mafalda Vilhena. Couldn’t recommend her enough. She explains the whole procedure and is very rigorous in her work. Congratulations to Dr Pedro Gutierres for creating such an excellent working environment and to all the team. I will be back and bringing my family along and we don’t even live in Maida Vale. Thank you for such an impeccable job on my teeth and for taking my fear of dentists away. I visited the hygienist at Maida Smiles for the first time today, mainly because I liked the cool white tiles but it’s also at the end of my road. I wasn’t expecting to find a first rate service almost literally on my doorstep. Cintia is a clearly an expert and also a total joy. It’s hard to say you love a treatment which messes up your lipstick, but it comes close. I am delighted with her work and will be recommending her wholeheartedly.

Hands down the best dentist in London! Quick, efficient and pleasant reception team and great doctors all around. Aside from the usual services I also did my composite bonding here which was exceptionally well done — I couldn’t be happier. Wholeheartedly recommend!

Andreia Casaca is an outstanding hygienist, the best I've ever encountered. Her care and professionalism are unparalleled, and she is genuinely friendly. I felt at ease immediately when I met her, and she did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Having no prior experience with a dental clinic in London, I was initially worried, but I'm so glad I chose Andreia. After my appointment, my teeth were very clean, and I experienced no pain during the process. Andreia is incredibly caring and explains the process before starting. I followed her advice and opted for the stain removal and fluoride application options. I've already booked my next appointment in six months and am so happy to have finally found someone I trust in London!

This was my first appointment at Maida Smiles Clinic. I’ve had a Scale and Polish with hygienist Cintia Sartini. The experience was amazing, from the way I was greeted, consultation to the support and advice I received from her. Kind and professional.

I cannot thank Dr. Pedro enough for the wonderful treatment and care during my visit. I was a bit terrified of my tooth extraction, but Dr. Pedro knew exactly how to reassure me, he was so understanding, always took the time to walk me through what needs to be done, and always so aware of my reactions. My extraction was a fast and flawless procedure, a true testament to what an amazing doctor he is. Extremely happy and satisfied with this practice, highly recommend it!

The best place to go for hygienist appointments! Hula cleaning my teeth leaves people asking if I’ve just had them whitened, can’t recommend more. She is amazing!

Very good service, with prepared and helpful staff! I had my wisdom tooth removed by Pedro and he was very good and the removal went super well. I also did a hygienist session with Hula that did a great job and were very kind, making sure to explain every treatment with details and patience.

It is my good fortune to have found Dra Inês do Carmo at Maida Smiles Clinic and to have her as my orthodontist. Dra Inês is simply exceptional. My complex orthodontic treatment, as an adult, defies all laws of physics but Dra Inês has the most amazing expertise and compassion to help and change lives, and she is helping me massively. In each appointment, Dra Inês moves one step forward to improve my bite, my oral health in general and my smile! Dr Pedro was recommended by my dentist. He was kind, and caring and explained exactly what he was going to do and the reasons why he was doing what he was doing. I hate needles but managed my fear. The dental process took a long time but I suppose that's the nature of the treatment. He is a good conversationalist. He is gentle, firm and LOVES his job which results in the time and care he takes when dealing with a patient. The staff at the clinic Maida Smiles were awesome and as it was at the tailend of the COVId19 pandemic ensured we followed procedures. All in all a good experience.
