I am very satisfied with the service provided by Maid2Clean, Leah is now experienced with all the features of the house and knows the level of attention each area needs. She is punctual and works the full period of her allotted time. She is friendly and willing in providing the cleaning service, and would recommend her to others requiring a cleaner.

Terribly rude company. Wouldn't do a once a month cleaning for a disabled woman and when asked why, didn't even bother to reply. Dont bother contacting them. There are better more polite companies out there.

Absolutely appalling experience - avoid at all costs. After nearly a decade of being a loyal customer with no issues, Maid2Clean sent a cleaner to our home who stole from us on multiple occasions. When I raised this with the company, even their own customer service representative admitted they believed the cleaner had taken the missing items based on their conversation with her. What followed was shocking. I was told no proper background checks had been done on this cleaner - none. It took me two minutes to find racist content she had posted publicly online, which should have been a red flag to anyone doing even the most basic screening. Maid2Clean have shown zero remorse. Their communication has been cold, rude, and abrupt - no apology, no accountability, just deflection. For a company that enters people’s homes, the lack of due diligence and care is disgraceful. Their duty is to ensure the people they send are safe and trustworthy. They failed us completely. I have never been treated with such hostility by a company I’ve supported for years. Zero! The service was not propvided according to the agreement. Here is why:You agree the cleaning service, take the full amount, then you proceed to look for a cleaner. Is this a way to do business? Two days before the arranged day and time, you telephone me to say that you cannot find anyone but are still looking. The fee has gone into your account. I get a message the following day to assure me that all is in order. This morning at 8. 30…My cleaner was due to arrive at 9. 00. I was up at 7. 00 to be ready…He telephones to let me know that his children are unwell. He can be free at 12.00. I am fully sympathetic but I need a cleaner at the appointed time because other commitments are in place for the day. I telephone your office to be told that I can only have one cleaner allocated… Either keep the 12.00 arrangement or cancel it while your office searches for someone else to fill the slot which is "unlikely". Therefore. I have no choice but to agree the 12.00 slot or cancel since you are unlikely to find anyone else. You have severely inconvenienced me… After three operations, I am unable to clean my home and 'i have guests arriving tomorrow and over the weekend. The person I spoke to irritatingly kept referring to "the system" entirely unable to see the things from the perspective of a customer who made a booking in good faith. I expect a refund of course. But I would never recommend your very poor unprofessional service and complete lack of customer care.Moreexpand_more

I'm very disappointed with the house cleaning service. It fell short of my standards and the issue wasn't resolved in a timely manner. After interviewing the cleaner, she arrived and began cleaning, but with a coat on. She didn’t vacuum the floors properly, left the mirrors dirty, and the surfaces were still dusty. It took her 3 hours to clean two bathrooms that were already partially clean. When I called in the organisation and spoke to someone they did not even apologise all they said is we can get you another cleaner so I said fine interviewed another cleaner who did not have much English, showed her around she said she will come on Friday to do the cleaning so agreed the date and then the person from maid2clean calls with no apologies and says the cleaner is too far so she cant come this is one day before she is due to come. Surely you should have sent someone who is close by and who could do a good job after a bad experience? When I said I had enough I would like to close the account she said fine with no apologies no information about how the account would be closed and how I would receive a refund when I asked she was quite rude in saying she offered to send a new cleaner and that the refund will happen when it happens. I think this is truly unprofessional and do not recommend this company to anyone.Moreexpand_more

The cleans are OK but you still have to pay a service fee every single time they miss cleans. I was very reluctant to sign up to a company that debits 3 months of service fees in advance, because a previous company did this and then their cleaner only showed up 1/3 of the time. After explaining this to them, I was reassured that if the cleaner could not make up the hours, then they would it charge the service fee. Lo and behold, when it comes to ending the contract they are insisting on charging for it. Not only that, but having been told that after giving notice, the last clean would be the 7th of October they are now insisting I pay up to the 14th. The cleaner has also been told by them that the last clean is the 7th, so yet another week of paying them for nothing. The cleaner is ok but the customer service from this company is frankly abysmal. They'll tell you what you want to hear to get you to sign up - Don't fall for it!

Great service and friendly cleaners, I’ve had two different cleaners and experience has been great.
