All of our team really enjoyed the Telephone Skills training, Lee was great at engaging in a down to earth and humorous way and the team learnt a lot about dealing with customers which I think will be really helpful and have a positive impact on the business.
Feedback from all staff has been very good - they have all taken things from the training to help them with their roles. Feedback on the trainers has also been extremely positive. The trainers all turned up to the various locations on time and delivered high quality sessions.
This is our second training course with Live and Learn and again it was superb. They have very high standards and the trainers make learning so much fun.
Review for Train The Trainer course - From the start the learning environment was outstanding with lots of different tools and techniques to keep us fully engaged. Relaxed atmosphere where we were encouraged to participate as much as possible. No front loading. The content was exactly what we were looking for and L&L certainly delivered. Paul contacted me twice prior to the course, first time to ask what outcome we wanted to get from the training and the second time to run through the package he’d put together to ensure we were satisfied. Invaluable tips and experience shared by Paul which compounded our learning. The course was also good fun and Paul is a very personable guy and clearly enjoys what he does. Full marks and big thanks from us.
Our condidates had a full day training on the benfits of giving excellent customer service. Having spoken individually to all the candidates who took part, they all spoke very positively about the training they had received and are confident it benefit their own development and have a positive impact for the company.
Course " Customer Excellence" was carried out in house by Lee. The course was well constructed and streamlined to our needs. Carried out with good interaction and everyone made to feel relaxed and able to join in without feeling singled out. Good content and some good hints and tips for all areas to learn from.
The training day was extremely well accepted by all in the group. Simon instantly seemed to get everyone relaxed with him and was completely engaging all the way the through the day. He dealt with questions and scenario’s fired at him excellently, and was able to offer up some good advice which the group can adapt to all walks of life to be honest. The session was very interactive which the group respond well to. A couple of pairing up sessions which can often be awkward for group members less known in the group. However, Simon identified straight away those that might not know people as well in the group so changed the way he did things so that people were not left standing/out. Excellent trainer! Hope we get to work together again on future training. Many thanks.
Paul was fantastic, he spent time learning about the team, their requirements and expectations prior to the course meaning that the training was relevant each step of the way. Paul came during a somewhat stressful time for the team, we are thankful for his patience and the time he spent with each attendee to really coach them according to their preference. We have taken away some great skills and ideas to use going forward in our training, presentation and facilitation.
A excellent bespoke course designed to meet our Team's needs, Delivered in a methodical and professional manner which involved all parties. Great delivery and message given to our Team, Everybody enjoyed the course and came back with very positive comments.
My team needed some customer focus training but there was no major issue. The training that was delivered has provided the additional customer perspective focus that I was looking for. I would reccommened the training to anyone who wishes to improve their customer experience.
We were very impressed with the service provided by Live and Learn for our Reception Skills training. All hosts (old and new) thoroughly enjoyed the course and all took something away from it to aid them in providing second to none customer service at all times.
Excellent service from inquiry to final feedback. All staff very professional and also approachable. I feel everyone involved really took time to understand our needs and delivered them to our expectations.
The Workshop that Live and Learn presented was very engaging and well received by an important customer for us. I was impressed by how adaptable and easy to work with Live and Learn were. The workshop needed to fit seamlessly into a broader offering for us and that was achieved with minimum fuss and very quickly.
We have used Live and Learn for a few training courses, and always find them interesting and informative. What could be a boring subject is brought to life and made relevant. We always consider them when looking for training, whatever the subject!
Lisa was out tutor and we cannot praise her highly enough. The course was tailored to our needs and exactly what we needed. Already we are seeing such great results in such a short space of time and it has given the whole team a new confidence and excitement to selling. We would highly recommend Live and Learn and I am sure we will be booking more sessions in the future.
We booked the communication skills training course via Live and Learn, the course was delivered by Paul who was exceptionally good. All employees who attended the course came away with a lot of knowledge and felt the course was very beneficial. Should we require any future courses- Live and Learn will be our first choice. Amy was our tutor. She understood the brief and despite having to condense the course into 2 half days rather than 1 full day, the attendees all took something from it and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
