We hold swimming lessons in Norwich for children and adults. We are a family run swim school set up over 18 years ago by Cheryl and Toby Ketland. Both Cheryl and Toby have extensive experience with teaching and coaching swimming.

Our lessons are held at the Hewett Academy in Norwich on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 16:00 and 18:00 and on Saturdays and Sundays between 10:00 and 12:00.

We teach water confidence, all four strokes (frontcrawl, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly), diving, personal survival, distance awards. We also run adult and child classes on Sundays at the Hewett pool.

During the summer holidays we run our very popular intensive swimming lessons where the children swim Monday to Friday for 30 minutes a day to bring on their swimming very quickly.

We can also offer pool parties during the school holidays for anyone who would like a fun swimming party - we have a classroom attached to the pool where people can have party food after they've been swimming.

Our pool at The Hewett Academy is one of the deepest in Norwich with a deep end of 2. 8 metres. The shallow end is 1metre deep which is perfect for those starting out on their swimming journey.

Along side teaching swimming Toby is an RLSS Trainer Assessor and runs a variety of courses throughout the year from National Pool Lifeguard Qualifications to First Aid at Work and many more.
