I popped in last week because the home button on my iPad had stopped working. Was given two options, new home button at a cost of £40. 00 or a choice of a floating home button. I asked about the difference in cost. New home button was £40. 00 but for setting up the floating home button, no charge. Ok it doesn’t do everything but, it is fine for me. I am very grateful for the excellent service I received. Would definitely go back there for any repairs.

Had my daughter's I phone 6 screen repared thanks to her brother standing on it! But wow, I cannot praise them enough, I took the phone in expecting it to take all day or even the next day and within an hour or less I had a call today it was fixed. Couldn't reccomend them enough. I will not use anyone else from now on. 1 very happy daughter and a very happy mum! Thanks guys.

Can’t say how good this company is. My sons IPhone broken screen was replaced in 10 minutes and the phone looks brand new ! It’s the second time we’ve used them and now wont go anywhere else. Great choice of products to buy in the shop too so you won’t come out empty handed.

Broken laptop screen replace. Service was very fast (I had to retrieve the laptop from another company in Lincoln who had the laptop for two week waiting for a replacement screen to be delivered) PC Solutions had it up and running in 2 days. TOP WORK. You can't argue with a "No fix No fee" policy.

I called on bank hol Monday 28th Dec 2015, with laptop screen ruined by xmas guests. I was told to drop it round and then collected my fixed laptop an hour later. Awesome service! Many thanks.

Took my iPad Air 2 to have the screen replaced after it had shattered. After a day the screen had become unstuck at the bottom near the button. Also the screen is less responsive as it was before, round the edge of the screen has to be pressed multiple times. Games I used to play with buttons round edge of screen can no long be played. The iPad can also no longer be used in its case as it shuts off when in it.

John has helped me on several occasions, most recently after a supposed Windows 8. 1 automatic update went very wrong and resulted in a number of key systems not working. He could have just wiped the pc and reinstalled Windows but because of the volume of data and the number of applications did a lot of work to identify the problems and resolve them, whilst also retaining my files and applications rogrammes. Even though the problem was more complex than he originally thought he kept to his quoted price. He has always been very helpful, quick and competitive on price. Have no hesitation in recommending him.

I took my Ipad to Lincolnshire PC Solutions for a replacement screen, it was done within an hour and I was very happy with the service, I waited the recommended 1 hour before using the Ipad and was working great, after a day the screen started to lift off (1), I took it back and he re-glued the screen and I received it back, when I received it back there was glue all over the screen but I could not remove it myself, I contacted him and he said take it to him and he will remove the glue (2), I did but after he removed the glue I noticed a lot of dust under the screen, He said I could leave it with him and he will remove the dust and refit the screen and even drop it back to me the next day, he did drop it back and refunded £10 for petrol from having to keep going back to him, he then informed me of a scratch (3) that was apparently always there from the original broken screen however this scratch was never there before and after I cleaned glue residue from the screen I could clearly see it was actually glue (4) that had been dropped on the screen during his latest repair, I informed him of this and he refunded the remaining £30, I am left with an Ipad that has a noticeable defect on the screen and also cloth marks and finger prints on it, I now have my money back and will be paying somebody else to remove these marks.

I dropped my s4 round and within 2hrs I picked it up all fixed defo reccomend A*.

John has helped me with my desktop and laptop computers, both times the service was excellent. He recently changed a power box in a very short time and the cost was very reasonable. I will happily recommend this very pleasant young man and will definitely be using him again. Jo Markham.

Dropped my iphone 4 and broke the screen on it , rang this company up and got it fixed the same day within 2 hours they called me back to say it was fixed and it only cost me £40 and it looks as good as new again, will be using john again as he was very prompt and offerd great service !

Very Good and Very Quick and Fixed For a Date I Chose.

The repair was carried out very speedily. John is very good at communicating and was very flexible re the times we could fetch and pick up the laptop. This firm would be my first call if we have laptop problems in the future.
