I called to report a problem with our uPVC double door lock and 2 hours later had a ring on the doorbell. Within a matter of minutes the fault was diagnosed and repaired - when I asked for the charge, I got the reply 'There's No Charge'. I was amazed at this so cannot thank them highly enough for the service - I will recommend Lincoln Locksmith Services to everyone I know.

I phoned in the morning and Richard called round early in the afternoon to look at a double glazed back door which would lock on the inside but not on the outside. The lock needed replacing and he very efficiently and quickly fitted a new one. Very pleased with the service.
