Loic came and cooked for our wedding anniversary and we had a fantastic evening. Great food and flexible on the menu- we ve booked again!

Loic visited us a few weeks before the dinner party when we chose the menu. On the night (just before the lock down) he and Therese arrived exactly on time and 40 minutes later we were treated to wonderful canapes. All the food was excellent and in generous quantities. We even had some leftovers for lunch next day. After the meal Loic and Therese washed up and left the kitchen spic and span. One day we will use his services again.

I booked Chef Loic to cook a special meal for 6 people for my mom’s 70th birthday. I was incredibly impressed right from the start. There were several interesting and delicious menu choices available and the booking process was straightforward. It wasn’t a problem at all when I decided to change the menu at short notice and Chef Loic went out of his way to arrive and prep our meal earlier than I had originally requested at short notice as well. The meal itself was simply delicious. We had a selection of canapés to start with, followed by a goats cheese starter, fillet steak with peppercorn sauce and vegetable mains and a sumptuous chocolate desert. The steak was cooked to perfection and to each persons liking and the side dishes were equally impressive. Chef Loic was supported by Theresa, who made sure the table I had set included the correct cutlery and that our drinks stayed topped up, as well as serving our food. With a newborn baby in the house, I was able to relax completely and I could just focus on making the evening special for my mum. It was clear we were in professional hands. The kitchen and cutlery was cleaned afterwards and we continued to celebrate, after Chef Loic and Theresa has left, knowing there would be no clearing up to do in the morning. The whole experience was great and I will definitely be booking Chef Loic again in future. Loic cooked a super lunch for 6 adults and 4 children. From canapés to dessert everything was delicious, beautifully presented and served. This was our second time with Loic and we all look forward to the next.

Cannot rate Loic highly enough. The food was superb but more importantly, he was professional and lovely to have around. Theresa was delightful and served canapes and bubbly in the cold and dark on the roof terrace with no complaint. We had a memorable evening made all the more so by Loic and Theresa. Thank you both so much.

Loic cooked for 16 people for my 50 birthday, I was so impressed from Loic arriving with two lovely ladies to serve and clear up till Loic finished, the food was out of this world and everyone said how amazing the food and service was. Loic was so professional and supportive from booking arrangements to cooking for us in our home, I most definitely will use his services again and would highly recommend Loic to anyone. We used Let’s Cook over a weekend for a family celebration. The whole experience was first class. The food was amazing and the service outstanding. All the guests during the weekend described the food as fantastic. The staff were also extremely helpful and there was nothing that was too much trouble. We will definitely be using Let’s Cook again for future events.

If you want to entertain guests with the most excellent food and service then Loic and his team are the very best. From the initial wide choice of menus with variations for any dietary requirements , to helpful consultations with Loic, preparation of food, to meals presentation, the attention to detail is perfection. Loic did a 4 course meal for 12 people (this was the second time I have used him). The whole thing worked very well and was very professional. The food was excellent and very well presented. I would certainly recommend.

Just fabulous! Having recently hosted an intimate dinner party for friends, Loic handled pretty much everything from providing me with a great range of menu options to choose from to prepping, cooking, and serving the various courses as well as clearing up afterwards. I was left to look fabulous in front of my nearest and dearest, who all complimented Loic on the quality of both the food and his service. Loic even provided a 'surprise' course much to all of our delight. The food was also fresh and very tasty. I would not hesitate recommending Loic to anyone and look forward to booking him again next year!

After problems arose with the booking for our original chef, Loic stepped into the breach. He is a consummate professional. Efficient, innovative and helpful, keeping in regular touch before the event. His food was superb and both carnivores and the vegetarian were delighted by the meal. He was assisted by Theresa, who was delightful, and they left the kitchen spotless.

We booked loic for my husbands 50th birthday dinner. The food and service was brilliant, very nice people aswell. Would recommend to anyone interested in Home dining experience. We had a lovely evening.

Value for money- it was expensive but there was a definite NYE premium, without that it would be good value for money for the quality of the food. Service - was generally good. Loic was very professional. He is a quality chef. Waitress service to serve and clear canapés and diner party food was effective but more attention was needed to to drinks service as there were lots of empty glasses and they didn’t keep on top of replacements big bottles of water. Food quality was variable by course. The canapés were the best I have ever had. So fresh and delicious. Particularly the mini Yorkshires. The Metis cake that we had for dessert was stunning presentation, taste and texture. We had a salmon starter which was beautifully presented but the salmon a little dry and as previously cooked too cold and heavy. We had steak for the main which was nice but presentation was less impressive than the starter and mains. The accompanying vegetables were all very nice. Loic Le Pape exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment the booking was made Loic stayed in constant contact, checking I was happy with the menu and accommodating vegetarians and other amendments to the menu. Loic arrived early and was an absolute gentleman and went straight to work preparing the food. I must say it was the best Christmas dinner I have ever eaten and I am sure I will be taking about it for some time to come! Loic even made a special chocolate log which was not even on the menu as a Christmas gift, it tasted divine and was devoured in one sitting! Thank you Loic for all your hard work and making our Christmas so special.

Splendid meal at a very reasonable cost. Worked very well for quite a small party in a small house, where we all appreciated your attentive but unobtrusive service. Did a wonderful job clearing up afterwards.
