On moving into a former council flat we were faced with multiple problems the worst of which were plumbing faults due to shoddy work by previous plumbers. On each of three visits Lee turned up on time, correctly identified problems, put faults right, serviced the boiler, fitted two radiators, wasted no time and charged us as per estimate. Outstanding service.

As always Lee turned up on time and carried out a boiler service. We had forgotten to mention we also needed a second appliance to be serviced (the gas fire) but he took it on even though he was clearly was working to his schedule. Fee as always as agreed. Highly recommended for a professional service.

Excellent service! Our boiler was not working properly, we called Lee early in the morning and he promptly arrive one hour later. It was only a problem of low pressure, he fixed it and explained to us how to do it ourself next time. Great and fast service at very good value. I will surely raccomend him!

Of all the tradespeople we have dealt with there is only one, thus far, I would recommend - Lee has always been professional, effective, efficient, friendly and honest. Over the years we have used him for our annual boiler service and re-plumbing the kitchen and bathroom. His work for us has always been of the highest standard and he has often gone beyond the call of duty to help us out.

Very pleased with Lee. Called him on Thursday. We had a new dishwasher deliverred on the Monday. The delivery men could not get it working, which did not suprise me as I'd had to do some emergency tap repairs earlier in the year. I could not remember which bits I'd had to mess with and did not relish the prospect of trying to figure out how to reconnect it all again. I basically just wanted a plumber to sort out everything. Not very exciting work for a skilled plumber. However, Lee promised to have someone there the next day. He was as good as his word. Everything now fixed. We can highly recommend Lee and his team. They were very professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Lee's project management was invaluable through out the process. We now have a lovely new bathroom.

The blokes stayed all day to fit 6 new radiators and a new boiler - a job that should have taken 2 days. They arrived on time, did a wonderful job and were friendly and polite despite the long day. I also got some great recommendations for other local tradesman. Any plumbing job - will definitely use LS Plumbing in future.

Had a problem with the boiler. Lee arrived about an hour and a half after I called him. Managed to resurrect the boiler without needing a replacement fan which saved quite a bit of money. Will definitely use again.

Lee came to service the boiler in my property only to discover that the kitchen fitter had boxed it in and made it inaccessible for servicing. He sorted out the problem to make the boiler safe and easy to access, while leaving my kitchen intact. Everything was left neat and tidy afterwards. I was very pleased with Lee's punctuality and friendly service and would definitely recommend him.

Punctual, professional and very honest (they pointed out that a repair I requested was not necessary - saved me around £ 400, and the boiler works just fine). Will definitely use again.

My water bill was triple what it should be and Yorkshire Water suggested there was a leak in the property. I was told Lee would phone back within the hour and he did. He was immediately polite and helpful and arranged to visit at a time to suit me. He was right on time to the minute, found the leak straight away, repaired it, and charged very reasonably. I explained there was mould problem, which he was genuinely concerned about and was very willing to spend time investigating the cause, which had nothing to do with plumbing. Lee was polite, friendly and efficient - he came round and serviced the boiler in our new house, including some unforeseen safety alterations. His work was first rate and we will definitely be using him again in the future. Highly recommended.

I found Lee on Free Index and asked him to carry out service checks on my fireplace and boiler in a house we had just purchased. The boiler had never been serviced before and was filled with dirt and rust. Lee removed all of this. He also got the central heating working much more efficiently and the house is much warmer as a result. He also went to a lot of trouble to get the right results. He was polite, knowledgeable, thorough and his prices are very reasonable. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to all my friends and family.

New boiler and radiator in living room. Did not have to wait long for an installation date and the speed of installation was excellent. Very tidy, did not leave a mess after the work was completed. Kindly did a few 'extra' bits at the same time such as fixing a leak in the toilet! Very professional, would definitely recommend, and use again.

Lee replaced the toilet flush efficiently and promptly and fitted one with the option of a water-saving flush - useful if a drought ever happens! Wouldn't hesitate to call him next time I have a plumbing problem.

Lee and his team recently fitted a new kitchen for us which was a challenge in itself as it was in desperate need of updating. Not only did he have to fit the kitchen there was the not inconsiderable problem of replacing rotten floorboards and joists where the old sink had stood (and leaked! ) for many years. There was also the job of removing ‘floor to ceiling’ tiles (two layers! ) and re-plastering very uneven walls. Throughout the whole process the overriding impression we got was that nothing was too much trouble and that Lee would only be satisfied when we were 100% happy with the results. He was available to provide advice and re-assurance every step of the way and Lee and all the other guys in the team were friendly, polite and professional at all times. It was an absolute pleasure to have them working in the house; they cleaned up at the end of every day and worked with minimal disruption. The finished kitchen is beautiful and reflects Lee’s expertise and attention to detail. The cost was very competitive and the quote we were given before the work started was what we paid at the end with no additional costs or add-ons. Rang Lee at 8:30 regarding water leaking through the ceiling of my neighbour in the flat below mine; he dealt with the problem very quickly and efficiently the same day. Thankyou Lee, much appreciated.

Having done various small jobs (fixing washing machine leaks etc) in the past, I was delighted to be able to employ Lee to install a whole new bathroom for me. It was a complicated job (which involved unforeseen structural work) as well as the expected work of tearing out the old bathroom, repositioning the radiator and basin, and fitting/tiling the new bathroom. Lee and his team worked efficiently throughout and I am absolutely delighted with my new bathroom - can't quite believe it is mine! I would also like to note how beautifully they tidied up afterwards (as the whole house was full of brick dust) and how willing they were to sort other plumbing items which cropped up during the process (e. G. Putting new thermostat on bedroom radiator and sorting out some other pipework). I would not hesitate to recommend LS Plumbing for both major refits and minor plumbing needs. I called Lee who came round to look at my broken boiler. He came round the next day giving the boiler an honest thorough assessment and all possible solutions and prices. After deciding to go with a new boiler he fitted it promptly with a good after care service. Overall really happy with the service and would thoroughly recommend him. Excellent job and really nice fella.
