We engaged with K&W to support our transition to being VAT registered and to work on our annual accounts. Our VAT position as a not for profit enterprise is not straightforward and it turned out that K&W knew very littel about that. I ended up doing most of my own research on that and explaining the rules ot K&W rather than the other way around. Subsequently they repeatedly missed agreed deadelines for our annual returns and accounts, and communication with their team was utterly lacking. When we finally switched accountants this year they then managed to delay the mandatory handover to our new accountants for several months. Absolutely the worst service I have ever had.
