Hi I’m Kelly and I offer yoga classes in Berwick, Alfriston and Selmeston. Beginner Courses, Dynamic Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga.

Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) classes are every month for the ultimate relaxation.

Special events and wellness retreats in stunning locations in and around East Sussex.

Please contact me if you’re unsure which class to join. My style is non-dogmatic believing that the traditional alignment of the pose may not suit everyone so with this in mind, we work with you as an individual to ensure the poses are accessible for you. I have a wonderful community of yogis just looking to explore yoga and create some space in their body and mind for an hour or so.

Berwick - Monday.
6pm - Vinyasa Flow.
7. 30pm - Yin Yoga.

Selmeston - Tuesday - Thursday.
Tuesday 6pm - Beginners and Beyond.
7. 30pm - Dynamic Hatha.

Wednesday 9.30am - Dynamic Hatha.

Thursday 6pm - Beginners +.
7.30pm - Dynamic Hatha.

Berwick (one Sunday a month) 6-7pm - Yoga Nidra.

Selmeston Village hall is located just off the A27, parking availed on site.
Berwick Village hall is within east reach of Brighton, Lewes, Polegate, Hailsham and Eastbourne. Located very close to Berwick train station.
