I believe that there are times in our lives when we need a little help. Whether you have a long term issue or you are feeling stuck, I can offer you a calm non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings.
I work in an Holistic/Integrative way that allows you find a better work/life balance.
I offer mindfulness based techniques to allow you to learn how to de-stress your life.
