I've been going to Jump Start for about 18 months for fitness and flexibility sessions. Classes are designed and conducted in a very professional way and it's clear that Suzanne has both expertise and experience. I'm pleased to have this opportunity to go on record that Jump Start's 5-star rating across the board is well deserved.
Suzanne makes the classes fun and works very hard to tailor the exercises to suit the various classmates (max 6 men) for their ability, past injuries and focused strengthening. The classes are so good that I now attend twice a week. I am 63 and the fitness pilates is ideal with fast measurable results ( 3 belt holes smaller in 3 months) particularly for hamstring strains which were limiting my cycling. Suzanne has excellent technical knowledge and I am very confident in her assessment of how hard to push. I have personally recommended the classes to five of my friends.
I have a lower back problem and was recommended by the doctor to do a Pilates class as I do not like gyms. I think they are very impersonal and boring. So, I looked locally and found a class in Storrington. I only attended 2 classes and my back was even more painful so I stopped going. I knew I had to do something, so I looked again and found Suzanne Kimber at JumpStart Fitness and I think I've found the answer! Not only is Suzanne such a nice, friendly person but she takes an interest in you personally. She is qualified to know what you can and can't do and her classes are small, too. It's an absolute joy to go to her classes and I'd go even if I didn't have a bad back!
Suzannne's pilates class is the favourite hour of my week! I have attended other pilates classes before joining hers, but the small class numbers and personal attention given, for a very reasonable price, are of a high quality and I would recommend her to anyone.
Suzanne is an enthusiastic and inspirational trainer. She helps you to achieve results and maintain fitness by making the classes and workout programmes fun. Provides 1-1 support and small friendly classes to keep you motivated.
I am so glad I found Suzanne - she transformed me in just 1 month from an extremely unfit 50 something to someone who has more confidence, ability to do those things I was finding more and more difficult. I cannot believe how my level of fitness has improved day by day over the past 4 weeks. The recipes are yummy and so easy to follow her suggestions. I cannot rate her highly enough. Suzanne really cares about how well you do individually. I am now looking forward to resolutions programme.
I really enjoy my spin sessions. After having a baby and not being able to exercise for a while I felt quite uncomfortable at the thought of a gym. Suzanne's classes are small and in the privacy of her own home. The clients are all friendly and you get to know each other. The location was also very convenient for me. Suzanne is very friendly and approachable and does everything she can to make sure everyone is comfortable and getting the best out of the sessions.
Suzanne is exceptional; she is motivational and enthusiastic. I've attended the Fat Blasters Course for the last 27 days and feel great. I high reccommend JumpStart Fitness if you want to change your life. Jayne Da Silva.
I have struggled with diets (or pretending to be on them) dipped in and out (more out) of exercise! And with jumpstart fitness I am now in control of what I am eating, enjoying regular exercise and this is all down to Suzanne, brilliant mentor and motivator! If you want change, choose it and enrol yourself on the next Fat-Blaster course. :).
I really enjoy pilates with Suzanne, and look forward to going each week. The classes are great fun and challenging. Great value for money. I highly recommend the classes. I love it.
