We replaced feather with foam sofa cushion filling. We sent in the size etc via the website and they got back to us on the phone to help us choose the correct foam and directed us to the video on how to fit them. The foam arrived within two days and was accurately cut to size, fitting our covers perfectly. No more plumping flattened cushions! Highly recommended.

I’m very pleased with my refilled sofa cushions from Jordan’s. They provided an excellent service. Before, my polyfibre filled cushions were old and saggy and were such an effort to replump but now they have a new lease of life and don’t need replumping. I posted my cushion covers to them, Sally phoned me when they arrived to discuss options and pricing. I ordered the medium domed option, with a poly fibre layer and netting. They were delivered back to me really quickly. They are firm at the moment but will soften the more we sit on them. I consider them value for money for the improved look, comfort and years more service we will get from our sofa. Many thanks to the team at Jordans.

I placed an order for only one cushion in order to check comfort, appearance etc. When the new cushion arrived we were very pleased with it but we realised that it was now flatter and wider than before and would not fit our furniture. This was 100% my fault as I had not realised that the fibre filled cushion we were replacing was packed in very tightly and pushed the covers up higher and therefore narrower. I contacted David who was brilliant and reassured me that he could achieve the same domed shape. David said that he would modify the first cushion and provide three others to complete our furniture. I therefore returned the cushion plus all four covers. About a week later our order arrived and we are so pleased with the cushions. They look great, fit well and are very comfortable (we ordered soft foam, which is comfortable but also offers support). The team at Jordans are friendly, professional and efficient. Very pleased with the service. Price was competitive and the work was carried out speedily. Very friendly people who explained the various options available enabling me to make a final decision. I would definitely use them again if the need ever arose.

Our replacement cushions were just a pipe dream 3 weeks ago and here they are - on the sofas today! An initial email, promply answered, a confirming phone call and then the placement of the order all within a few days. Then a phone call to say the foams were ready ' will delivery this week be OK? " All for a third the price I was quoted by a national company. This is the second time we have used Jordan's in 20 years - quality, service, value.

Visited in person to have foam cut for an old office chair which had previously had moulded foam. David advised me what foam to have and expertly cut out the foam needed all while I waited. Excellent service.

I would highly recommend this very professional company. From start to finish my experience has been great.
