Jeff and his team replaced the joists and flooring above our cellar and improved the ventilation in Dec 2023, and I can’t speak highly enough of them. Jeff gave really sound advice and explained everything the team was doing so we always felt confident about what was going on. If I had any questions he was always happy to talk things through. Other tradespeople crossed paths with members of the team and commented on how knowledgeable and thorough they are. It’s still early days after the work but the floor feels really safe and solid, and you can already feel the difference in the cellar which is so much drier and better ventilated. On top of all that, Jeff and his team are really nice to have in your house: they’re polite, friendly, easy to get along with and great at helping keep the house as clean as possible while the work’s going on. I’d recommend them to anyone and we’ll certainly be getting back in touch with them for anything else we need doing.

Jeff and his team repaired and improved our existing timber window frames back in July. Jeff inspected the windows and gave really sound advice on the best way to restore them within a reasonable budget. Work was carried out on time, very professional and tidy. I needed a team to replace and renew a Victorian Bay Window and four Sash Windows. Jeff's team gave me solid dates for the start and finish of the job and the service and quality of the work they carried out was outstanding. Absolutely amazing attention to detail and always happy to advise and help with design and planning. What an exceptional team of Artisan Joiners and apprentices. All work was completed on time and the team also carried out painting and detailing work.

Couldn't be happier with Jeff and the lads. Had an RSJ fitted to replace unstable wall. Came round pre-quote to shore up the wall, fitted the job into his already busy schedule and stuck to schedule. He was able to handle supplier difficulties and unforeseen structural issues really well. We now have something that we feel safe in thanks to Jeff and his contacts.

Jeff did a complete refit of our kitchen in September 2021. He uses top quality tradesmen who did a great job. Jeff kept a close eye on the work being done and communicated regularly. Everyone turned up when they said they would and were friendly and adaptable. We were particularly impressed with his chippy, Paul, who is a perfectionist. We also really rated Nick, the plasterer, and Dean, the plumber. Jeff is a very nice guy. We would use him again.

Jeff and his team did a great job for us, putting a cupboard into an alcove and making it look like if had been there since the house was built in the 1930s. We had the idea of what we wanted, but it was Jeff and his team offering insight, suggestions and solutions to make it better than we could have hoped for. His recommendations on other tradesmen (plasters / coving specialist) were also incredibly helpful and their work gave the finished look. Jeff gave accurate quotes, his team turned up when they said they would, were tidy and were generally nice to have working in the house. We're really pleased and wouldn't hesitate to have Jeff and his team back.

Jeff and his team did a fantastic job of refurbishing the bay windows and gable in our 1930s house. They are lovely blokes, really polite and efficient and did a great job for us. They even got an exact copy of the finial woodturned for the next day, when they found the old one was completely rotten. The windows and sun on the gable are restored back to full glory. Jeff and his team did all of the joinery work including fitting the kitchen, rebuilding the bay windows, door frames, hanging the doors, skirting boards etc. Jeff kept me informed the whole way through the process and did an excellent job.

Jeff fitted an entire new kitchen for us in Crookes over winter 2020/21. He was really organised, always turned up on time, offered us a competitive price and was easy to get in touch with when needed. He organised the work that needed doing using all his great contacts including plumbers, plasterers, electricians and tilers as well. We made last minute alterations to the flooring and ceiling plans for the new kitchen and Jeff sorted these for us so everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend and will use again! What a wonderful service. Jeff and his team have just delivered an end to end job to turn my attic into two double bedrooms. The joinery work carried out by Jeff and the team was perfect and finished to a really high standard. All the trades that Jeff employed (electrician, plumber, roofer, surveyor etc) were highly professional and reliable. Everyone arrived when they said they would and completed their work to time and on budget. The whole thing was seamless with helpful suggestions and improvements woven in in an agile way. Most importantly everyone who worked on the job was thoroughly lovely. All friendly, polite, professional people who cleaned up every day and went the extra mile to do an outstanding job.
