As a highly experienced Therapist, I am extremely dedicated to getting good results - fast! Passionate about the massage therapy treatments I give and thoroughly relish the challenge of taking clients out of pain, moving and feeling better.

I run an effective and successful Clinic in Dorset and dealing with Sciatica, Lower Back pain, SI Joint Issues, Neck pain, Tendonitis, Plantar Fasciitis/ankle/achilles issues, Shoulder pain, TMJ, Strains and Sprains, new hips and knee rehabilitation, Carpal Tunnel.

The methods I use are Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Ultrasound, Trigger Point Therapy. These and more, are skills that I have acquired over 20 years since I first qualified in 1997.

For 10 years now I have been the Muscle Rehab/Soft Tissue Therapist (Sports Therapy) to Mr William Fox-Pitt the World No. 1 Three Day Eventer, member of the British Olympic 2012 Equestrian Team and The British Equestrian Team.

As an International Three-Day Event rider (Horse Riding) my body is regularly pushed to the limits. The physical demands of such a sport cause inevitable strains, aches and pains. I have been treated by Jenny Hummel on a regular basis over the last 10 years and her knowledge and experience and vast range of techniques, has not only kept me on the road (once even flying out to France as my back was so painful, which enabled me to compete in a major competition, which I went on to win! ) so she has really helped me maximise my performance.

She has a fantastic clinic in Dorset where she gives treatments in a relaxing and incredibly comfortable environment. My motto is "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, show a man how to fish and you feed him for the rest of his life" in other words my role is to empower you to help yourself to a healthier life.

My clinic is usually booked up two to three weeks in advance but don't let that put you off as sometimes I get cancellations and if your need is urgent I will do my best to get you in.
