I know Jay in his capacity as NLP and Hypnotherapy practitioner. I visited him with a specific task in mind. I practice yoga. I go to daily classes and make much effort travelling in all weathers to go to and from my yoga classes. I was desperate to develop a self/home practice early in the morning. I could not seem to manage this. I asked Jay to help. My goal to wake up at 6:00am to start Yoga by 6:30am. I visited Jay on the Monday and after only one session on the Tuesday morning I was up doing yoga at 6:30am and continue to do so. Truly remarkable and amazing! I guess you don’t need to look into this too deeply but only have faith in Jay’s knowledge and processes. Indeed Jay has an incredible talent and skill and if you place faith in the process, you’ll have a wonderful and inspiring transformation. You will benefit from his ability. Excellent NLP practioner who helped me get over some of my fears and has helped me gain more confidence in my daily life. Would highly recommend him to others looking for a way to solve stress related issues or who wish to gain more confidence in their daily life. He can also do remote sessions via Skype if you are not in the Newcastle area and is very accomidating to whatever needs you may have.
Really informative and insightful course. Although I had done some background reading prior to the course it was all very new to me; Jay conveyed the information in an easy to understand manner and demonstrated everything to us. I was so pleased it was really practical and therefore if we found anything challenging we could ask him for pointers on what to do. Everyone has their own weak points and struggles with learning different parts therefore to have Jay there at hand showing us what to do and there to help us if we struggle was fantastic. Jay made sure not to overload us with information all at once, taking breaks whenever necessary and ensuring we understood a method before moving onto the next. His calm and laid back demeanour made him fantastic as a coach. I found as well as learning to help others I could learn things that would help myself and understand the power of the subconscious. This course, as well as one to one sessions with Jay helped me to make really important decisions in my life that turned everything around for me. Couldn't recommend Jay and his course enough!
"I signed up to Jay Arnott's coaching sessions due to a long-term fear of being on stage. I really wanted to be a performer and would go to comedy improvisation and clown workshops to try to reach this goal, but I always felt fearful of getting up on stage and would disconnect from being fully in my body. I really valued Jay's integrity, down-to-earthness, humour and depth of NLP ability. During the sessions he really put so much effort into making me feel at ease and safe to go to deep places within. He helped me to transform past experiences and see them in new ways and this created a ripple effect that has touched and positively affected many aspects of my life, not just performance. I visite Jay for help with confidence and self esteem. He is professional and puts you at ease. It was amazing how good I felt after one session. I feel happy, confident and positive. Thank You Jay.
Jay helped my son overcome stress issues so quickly and effectively - I cannot recommend him enough. Jay was empathetic, understanding and went out of his way to help when it was most needed. Because of the success of the treatment, Jay also helped my other son who lives in America - via Skype. Two very different issues, but the time Jay takes to understand the individual and the issues, ensures effective treatment.
My introduction to the world of NLP by Jay Arnott was absolutely brilliant, his programme was fun, interactive and enlightening. The programme was easy to absorb through manageable segments of informative presentations and practical role plays. NLP is a wonderful field that allows one to really see the world in a positive light, I can not recommend this subject enough and Jay is your man to open the door to this exciting world. I received NLP training and smoking hypnosis and found both standards of service to be outstanding and exceptional value for money. Jay endeavoured to meet my individual needs and has offered continued support throughout. I was very happy with the professional and friendly service but fundamentally it was very effective. I have found being a non smoker to be very easy and pleasant since having hypnosis.
I really enjoyed the course and had a great 2 days learning and networking with fellow peers. It was positive, thought provoking and has given me some new skills to try out - a great intro to NLP and hypnosis. Course covered some key techniques across both areas, Jay has excellent knowledge/experience of the subjects and delivered using good practical exercises to deepen understanding.
I have had a fear of flying for many years that was getting worse each time I flew. I decided to try hypnotherapy and I am pleased I did. Once completely relaxed/hypnotised Jay talked me through a flight from beginning to end and taught me how to deal with my anxiety/fear. The end result being that I got on a flight without taking prescribed medication that I would normally take and without crying which I also would have done in the past. I left my seat for the first time in about 7 years, to go to the toilet. I will never really like to fly, I still don't enjoy it but after one session with Jay I certainly am not the anxious wreck I was in the past. Hypnotherapy can help it certainly helped me. Emma.
It is a pleasure to recommend Jay; I have attended several workshops he has run or co-presented and he has that very rare balance of excellent subject knowledge and experience delivered in a truly empathetic way. In other words, he knows his stuff and he is sensitive to the needs of his audience. His presentation skills are first class, he maintains engagement with his audience through a variety of interactive experiences and he manages to keep the mood light ( great sense of humour) but focussed.
