Intima Therapy is specialist UK-based platform connecting individuals and couples with hand-picked COSRT-registered psychosexual and relationship therapists. Founded by Rea Shahroudi and Hilton de Silva, the service provides a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore sexual, relational and intimacy concerns. Session are offered online throughout globally, except for specific countries (mentioned in T&C), with in-person availability in London, ensuring accessibility for a wide range of clients.

The platform offers a comprehensive range of services including psychosexual (sex) therapy, compulsive sexual behavior therapy, couples and relationship therapy, infidelity counseling, kink-aware therapy, LGBTQIA+ affirming support and CNM. Therapists support clients through challenges such as low libido, erectile dysfunction, vaginismus, orgasm difficulties, sexual trauma, performance anxiety, and complex relationship dynamics. Intima therapy emphasises inclusivity, affirming diverse neurotypes, identities and relationship structures while tailoring support to each client's individual experiences.
