Instant Furniture

We had been looking for bedroom furniture and stumbled across Instant Furniture in Great Yarmouth. We found they had an extensive range of bedroom furniture at good value. We ordered several items of bedroom furniture and can say that the customer service from Instant Furniture and Kayleigh the Assistant Manager was excellent. The furniture was assembled for us by their excellent delivery team which was another reason for buying with Instant Furniture. I would not hesitate in recommending Instant Furniture or their sister company Better Furniture where we purchased a bed and mattress from. Thanks for the really good quality furniture.

From first viewing and showing our interest we were treated perfectly. The items we chose…. A sofa bed and an ottoman…… were temporarily put aside for us while we sorted out payment, all delivery requests were honoured and the delivery was made just 2 days later, slot advised and we were called beforehand too. The boys did a grand and slick delivery and we are delighted with the furniture. Please don't hesitate if thinking of purchasing from Instant Furniture……apparently they deliver as far afield as Scotland!

Thankfully, this is the furniture company that does exactly what it says. We purchased a complete set of bedroom furniture and because another company had let us down we needed it as soon as possible. Instant Furniture were so helpful, we phoned to confirm our order on Saturday and the following Wednesday all the furniture arrived. The staff were excellent, they phoned back when they said they would and did everything they could to ensure the quick delivery. The furniture is also excellent value for money and I would recommend anyone to deal with Instant Furniture.

Excellent service from Sarah and colleagues. Very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We were kept informed about our delivery and the furniture arrived when we were told it would and the workmen who put the furniture together for us were very professional and polite. Love my new bedroom furniture, from the time I ordered to delivery the service has been brilliant.

Took delivery of a pine wardrobe yesterday. New to the area and came upon your shop in passing. Staff at the shop very helpful, and the showroom layout enabled me to see the product we where buying. It was delivered as planned and assembled. In-situ by two gentlemen who where very efficient and professional in their work. The wardrobe was of solid pine, and had a quality feel to it, definitely value for money. Would definitely be my first port of call if I am looking to buy furniture in the future. Steve W.

Today I looked at mattresses in the Gt Yarmouth store. I saw a few I liked but one in particular, Sarah the lady who came to see if I needed help took me through the range explaining each one and asking what I needed, she was very helpful and informative , i found one I liked but thought id better ask the hubby if he was agreeable to my choice , he said go ahead. I called Sara and she took my payment over the phone arranged for delivery which I was expecting next day but i pushed my luck asking if possible to be delivered today, bearing in mind it was already half past two i knew it wasnt likely. As luck would have it the guys were in store collecting delivery s, they said they would push themselves and deliver. I had my mattress half an hour later. The guys were fantastic, they carried it in upstairs and placed on my bed frame all at no extra cost. All I paid for was the mattress. This truely is fantastic customer service and the best I've had in a very long time. All my furniture needs will now be met by this company. Sarah was fantastic and so were delivery guys. From the moment of entering the shop the staff were very friendly and helpful. Prompt delivery and phone call to update of time. Delivey men were happy to help and put the set of drawers I ordered upstairs. Great experience as always.

Lovely reception in the shop, great help with finding mattress that suits my requirements. Delivery was exceptionally quick, both of the guys went out of their way to help with placing the mattress for me. Communication with shop about delivery times and the pre delivery telephone call show what high standards are being aimed for and achieved. Thank you.

The service I received from my initial enquiry upto delivery today was perfect. The suite matched my expectations perfectly and was very good value for money whilst the service from the deliverymen was perfect they placed the suite exactly where I wanted it and tested the recliner facility worked before leaving me to rest comfortably in my nice new suite. Will definitely be using the store for my future furniture requirements.

Staff extremely helpful and went to extra lengths to show my husband the colour of the headboard (he is disabled and unable to climb stairs). Excellent value for money and good quality memory foam bed, which is extremely comfortable.

I am very delighted today to have received my Eastbourne Kneehole Dressing Table from Instant Furniture. As I am housebound I was really pleased with the help that I had from Kayleigh in particular as I only had pictures from the internet to go by. When the piece arrived this morning I was really pleased with it. Very well made and perfect for my use. The delivery people were very helpful, very polite and did an excellent job. I will in the future be buying more from Instant Furniture but meantime I will definately recommend them to people that I know. If you are hesitant in any way go ahead and give them a go. I was looking for good quality bunk beds within a budget. The sales staff were very knowledgable and accurately helped me to choose something that met all of my criteria. They stayed in touch with me up to and including delivery and also with a follow up phone call to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The delivery was EXACTLY at the time I was given on the day. I am extremely impressed with the level of service from start to finish and post delivery. They are top of my list when buying furniture in future. Make them top of your list too.
