We provide free site surveys and bespoke management plans to eradicate and remove Japanese Knotweed for both residential and commercial clients. We offer interest free payments with all our works inclusive of a 10-year guarantee. We are also able to offer Insurance Backed Guarantee's and hold all major industry recognised accreditation's.

All our surveys and technicians are employed directly by us and are fully accredited and hold all the relevant industry qualifications. We have over 25-year combined experience within the company and can tackle large and small scale infestations of Japanese Knotweed with ease.

How the Process Works:

Site Survey:

Our surveyors will attend your home or commercial site and produce a PCA accredited proposal for your consideration. A full walkover survey will be conducted where our surveyor will talk through the removal and eradication options available. As part of the proposal we will put forward a cost-effective quotation that is inclusive of our 10-year guarantee. Options to include an Insurance Backed Guarantee will also be detailed along with the ability to stage the payments over the duration of the works interest free.

Operational Visits:

If you are happy with the proposal and quotation the next step would be to give us instruction to carry out the works. On suitable instruction our operations team will then contact you to arrange the first site visit. On this visit one of our technicians will carry out the works as detailed in the proposal and will record all actions in a Knotweed Management Plan (KMP). This plan acts as a documentary record of all actions taken and is used as a trigger to issue all warranties and guarantee's at the end of the process. An annual update will be issued at the end of each growing season along with an audit of the works by our Operations Manager.

Completion Certificate and 10-Year Warranty.

On completion our Operations Manager will issue a completion certificate and will sign off the KMP. This will trigger the issue of a 10-year warranty and Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG) if it has been selected. The 10-year warranty covers against the unlikely event of Japanese Knotweed regrowth and is fully transferable should you decide to sell your home.
