Inner Kalm

My wife encouraged me to visit Normalene after visiting her for Reiki for help with several ailments. I was amazed at her healing energies; the vibes from her therapy room and the calmness I felt afterwards. She is indeed a remarkable healer and a wonderful talented girl at what she does. Highly recommend. I feel so much more positive in life. I never believed in or understood this stuff before; but boy I do now!

I highly recommend Inner Kalm, both Normalene and Jim are the most wonderfully warm and welcoming people, they are both amazing and inspirational people. I have had many reiki treatments with them over the past several years and always come away feeling amazing, their treatments really work, they not only have helped me spiritually, mentally and emotionally but also physically - so much so I no longer needed a hospital procedure as - reiki helped heal me physically. (Resulting in me no longer needing surgery). I have recently achieved my Usui level1 reiki qualification with Normalene (Reiki master) this was also a truly wonderful experience. Normalene has such a wonderfully gentle encouraging and passionate way of delivering her training, it made the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable, she was very thorough in ensuring we fully understood and were confident in our practice. I honestly cannot recommend Inner Kalm highly enough (5 x Stars every time).

Achieved my level 1 Reiki in a relaxed calming environment. The content was delivered perfectly and ended the day with a Reiki healing. Normalene is a wonderful teacher and her calm kind and caring presence was what made the day more special. The soup was amazing and Normalene catered for my many allergies. Thank you. Normalene Darrien is a genuinely caring and lovely person. I approached her for hypnotherapy for Bruxism which I suffered for about 18 years. After just 2 sessions I am now completely free of this and my jaw and teeth are so better for it. I honestly cannot thank Normalene enough. Also my partner who suffers from anxiety has had hypnotherapy from Normalene and has now 100% overcome his issues and learned to deal with any anxious feelings he has. I have been visiting Normalene for approx 5 years now and I personally cannot rate her enough. Her calm understanding and professional approach is outstanding, I don't have the words really to explain how much she has helped me through some extremely difficult and trying times in life with Reiki, hypnosis and various therapies. She truly is an exceptional healer and also takes a lot of time love care and attention to whatever might be the issue needing to be resolved. This is a service very rarely found these days that therapists go above and beyond to help you. In my opinion she had been a God send and my own little earth angel, truly a woman born to heal, give and help :).

I first visited Inner Kalm a few months ago to learn the art of meditation. When I first met Normalene I found her to be a lovely, warm, friendly, caring, spiritual person and I was instantly put at ease in her company. She took a great deal of time to discuss why i wanted to learn to mediate, what goals I hoped to achieve and the fundamental techniques of meditation. Normalene is an excellent teacher and very knowledgeable in meditation. I was highly delighted with my first session so much i decided to take my meditation to the next level. My following session was so enriching also and i am now looking forward to my third session. I can highly recommend Normalene at Inner Kalm. I went to Normalene to be attuned to reiki 1, I enjoyed it so much I have now done reiki 2 and have just been attuned to reiki master healer. Normalene has a natural calming and relaxing manner that puts you at ease. I would highly recommend Normalene.

I first contacted Normalene over the phone six weeks ago due to a low ebb in my anxiety. NOrmalene suggested hypnotherapy would be a good start for me as I had been seeing a therapist but i felt i was coming away with more questions than answers and to be honest i felt lost. While on holiday in Scotland recently, I was in need of a reiki treatment I was recommended to Inner kalm. I found Normalene very Knowledgable and understanding, her manner put me completely at ease and I was impressed by the level of healing I felt, and managed to fit in another appointment before returning home. Highly Recommended.

I came to Inner Kalm with help with hypnotherapy as i felt stressed for various reasons. I came for reiki for the same reason and found it equally benificial.
