I just want to thank Gareth for the work that he did on my roof to prevent leakages. Also the new replacement Velux window in the kitchen which is both attractive and efficient. Both jobs have been severely tested since he worked on them and so far anyway have been successful. Thank you Gareth.

My parents needed their roof looked at and it is always a worry in case you ring someone who is not reputable, however I must say that impression builders were wonderful and explained everything so clearly. Very clean and tidy, would highly recommend them.

I discovered two of my joists directly under my bath had been waterdamaged while repairing the dining room ceiling. So I texted Gareth of Impressions Builders, asking him to inspect the joists. After inspection (I had already removed the ceiling boards) he gave me a quote. We both felt it was necessary to install emergency scaffolding under the damaged joists. We discussed the possibility that other neighbouring joists had also been water damaged. I asked a few questions about the joist work and some other work on the house that I felt will need to be done later, and Gareth advised on which options would be more favourable. Gareth removed the necessary ceiling plaster board, and also checked the neighbouring joists for damage, thankfully there was none. Then the necessary joist repairs were undertaken, a new plaster board ceiling was fitted, and it was artexed to look like the rest of the ceiling. The work was great, and very reasonably priced (as joists are fundamental house fittings, I was greatly relieved to see the quote was lower than I had feared).Moreexpand_more

A quality conversion that was completed in time and in budget. A year on we're still really pleased and have had no problems at all. We have been pleased to refer other work to this company.
