For sometime I had been searching for a specific Rolex Yacht Master at the right price and quality. I contacted James at iconic watches and he identified and sourced the exact model I required. Not only this the price quoted was less than expected and the watch, being brand-new, was supplied with all tags and plastic coatings appended. James provided a first class service and demonstrated a depth of knowledge and understanding that inspired confidence. I contacted many companies in my quest for this watch and none came close to the quality of service provided by iconic watches. I would definitely use them again for my next purchase and would highly recommend them to anybody else in the market for a quality watch.

I recently bought a present from Iconic Watches for my wife. The price they offered was far lower than anywhere else I looked. The model I initially ordered was no longer available and they offered me the newest one at the same (very good) price. It took a bit longer than expected to arrive (due to adverse weather conditions that affected their suppliers) but they kept me informed of the order status throughout. As soon as they got hold of it, they adjusted it to the right size and immediately sent it with a next day delivery, which came first thing in the morning. Definitely recommended!

Just received my watch today and it surpasses my expectations. It is a pre-owned timepiece and was described as 'mint'. A Great all round service from collection to delivery and at a good price.

I had a few queries, so telephoned Iconic Watches. No fussing with pressing different numbers to speak to a real person. Chris was able to answer my questions without hesitation and I felt confident enough to place my order online. I am delighted with my new Omega watch. It arrived within 24 hours of my order being placed, carefully packaged. The transaction went smoothly and I would recommend this company without reservation.

I was probably like most wary of spending nearly £ 5000 over the Internet but I had no need to be. Not only did James and his associates save me £1400 on my omega and tag, but the service and delivery were excellent especially with it being 3 weeks prior to Christmas. I bought a Omega Seamaster Skyfall limited edition from Iconic Watches which I collected in person from the shop in Blackburn. The staff were very friendly and informative and I will definitely buy from them again. I did a lot of research before buying the skyfall watch and in terms of price it was the cheapest price I could find anywhere in the UK and probably Europe. Aside from the price I found the staff were willing to spent time to answer all my questions(of which there where many) relating to different watches. I have been looking to buy a Zenith watch for months now. I wasn't impressed by some of the main dealers in my home town and decided to look on the internet. Not sure what to expect many of the on line companies were not much better than the main dealers, however a couple did stand out and I contacted both. Both sounded and looked knowledgeable and from reviews both provide an excellent service. However Iconic Watches stood out for price and speed of service e. G. Very speedy replies to e-mails, better delivery time scales, etc. I now know where to go for my next watch and would recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a Tag Heuer Aquaracer Chronograph for my 50th Birthday. I was told that I had missed the official Tag cut off date for Christmas but they would do there best for me, a week later the watch was there ready for me to pick up.
