I have met with Douglas on two official occasions. First was for "EFT" support the second was to attend a "Past Life Work Shop"EFT:- I have suffered with what i thought was bad health for a number of years. Regularly seeing my GP i was often told "Its a virus" "Your body's run down" "Do you want to start a course of Anti-depressants to help pick you up" "Its stress" I have always known my emotional life was difficult. My mum died when i was a teenager, my parents divorced when i was young, my own personal relationships were a roller coaster of emotional rejection, the list is endless. I had heard about EFT and with all the money i had spent on medical prescriptions, well, it was time to change direction and try something different. After 3 EFT sessions with Douglas, my emotional bin, just opened up and for the first time in my life, i started to feel, free, light and smiled in my eyes again. This therapy is unbelievable, its amazed me that by tapping on certain parts of your body you can release years of built up emotional garbage. My life has change dramatically, so has my health and overall personal confidence. Past Life Regression:- Have you ever been somewhere or do something that you have no idea how or why you seem to know the place or how you knew how to do something you have never been taught or what comes natural? I have on many occasions. I decided to give in to full my curiosity and attend a workshop that Douglas was doing. I was completely amazed at what happened. The therapy in itself was really relaxing however the overall journey turned out to be something i actually found information about! Whether true or not, this was an experience that i would suggest to anyone. Its fun, its interesting and more than anything its very safe as you are the one in control and can stop the journey anytime you wish too.Douglas is a true professional.
