Holisticbodyandsole is a holistic therapy business providing a range of holistic treatments and therapies. Mechelle prior is an Itec qualified therapist and specialises in maternity reflexology which is a wonderful threat meant to assist with fertility, conception, pregnancy, labour and post natal care.

As well as maternity reflexology, Mechelle also offered general reflexology for stress relief, boosting energy, treatment of hormone problems and more.

Holistic (Swedish) massage is available with the option of aromatherapy and Mechelle has completed extra training in aromatherapy. Massage is a wonderfully relaxing treatment and can help with stress, tiredness, muscular problems and is fantastic for increasing circulation.

Eve Taylor prescriptive facials are excellent for boosting your circulation, treating acne, reducing fine lines and wrinkles and generally making your skin look amazing. Products are available to purchase to enable you to continue a fantastic skin care routine at home.
