No. 7 is a well established complimentary health based practice in Dulwich. The Vodder method of manual lymphatic drainage, is offered to help manage lymphoedema (the swelling of the limbs and/or body) and it's associated conditions (e. G. Lipoedema, venous insufficiency). Other modalities for treatment include deep oscillation therapy, compression bandaging, prescription hosiery, ScarWork and kinesio taping. Treatment packages after liposuction, or other types of surgery are also available to help reduce pain, bruising, scarring, and speed up the healing process. Massage and Zero balancing target aches and pains, aiding the release of deep tension and trauma. A broad range of conditions can be helped including: insomnia M. E. , sports injuries, arthritis, re-curring infections and depression.

Tanga holds a degree with honours in Sports Studies. She is a qualified Vodder (DLT) manual lymphatic drainage therapist (Austria), with Kinesio Taping training (KT1, KT2, KT3). She is a Sharon Wheeler ScarWork Therapist (Restore Therapy), certified Zero Balancer (ZBAuk), and has a broad massage background including - Sports Therapy and Clinical Aromatherapy. She is a member of Manual Lymphatic Drainage uk (MLDuk), The Zero Balancing Association uk (ZBAuk), and the British Lymphology Society (BLS) and Lipoedema UK.
