Hilary King qualified in 1987 and is an experienced Alexander Technique teacher, providing individual lessons and workshops both online and in North London.

Hilary's teaching practise is based in Harringay N4. Her background in classical ballet and psychology inform her work.

Hilary King is a professional member of The Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique, STAT and has professional Insurance plus an enhanced DBS Certificate.

Registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council, CNHC; BackCare; and the British Performing Arts Medical Association, BAPAM. Hilary is also a visiting teacher at LCATT, an Alexander Technique Teacher Training Course.

Face to face lessons, Short Courses and Online Alexander Technique lessons are available. If you would like to reduce back pain, neck pain and RSI, or would like help with other conditions, this is the place to come. Hilary loves helping people to move around more freely and easily, to reduce tension and manage stress, plus regain your balance and poise.

Alexander lessons can benefit people from all walks of life, including office workers, doctors, musicians, performers, pregnant mothers, children, pensioners and manual workers.
