Fabulous support from HIA for the design and launch of our new website. They really took the time to understand our requirements and our professional ethos. Our venue (Levenshulme Inspire) is a complex but small organisation so that was no mean feat.

I found HIA web design a pleasure to work with. The service was thorough, efficient and time was taken to explain technical aspects that I struggled with. I cannot recommend HIA enough and will be staying with them for hosting.

Well where do I start! Ginny and his team have been amazing from start to finish at designing and helping to maintain my website under Ego Aesthetics. I am not a techy person at all and I explained this to Ginny when we started who made sure that I understood every stage of the planning, prep and final launch of my website. Their ideas for the website were creative, personal to me and I really felt they were listening to me and my needs as an individual. My questions and queries were answered at all times of the day and night by text and email ( even when I asked the bleeding obvious questions! ) and I was never made to feel stupid or that the questions were irreverent. They really go the extra mile to come up with individual ideas, layouts and designs while all time incorporating these into your business ethos and what it stands for. The process was seamless and progress moved at my pace which is exactly what I wanted. From the second we contacted HIA Web Design (mid way through a major website trauma) she dropped everything to help and since has been there for us every step of the way. We were looking for a new website developer at the time and from the first contact we knew she was the one!
