Heal Your Way is an online and inperson counselling and work wellness service. We specialise in confidence, relationships and careers. We believe that everyone has potential and our job is to assist them in reaching this.

We use integrative counselling theory and a range of therapeutic techniques including working with fairy tales, art, meditation, EFT and visualisation.

We also work with businesses who care about their employees. We can help with burnout, workplace stress, the working environment though presentations and programmes. We are always flexible in our approach.
