My goal is to live my best life. Putting that into action as a mother,  stepmother, wife, daughter, sister and friend and as a qualified and experienced professional in the field of education and self-improvement can be busy! I have always been aware that life is a precious gift and been motivated to find my own unique path of happiness.  NLP has clarified my understanding of how to live the life I really want - to realise my personal and professional dreams.  Since 1996, I have been teaching, coaching and mentoring throughout my career within both the Public and Voluntary Sector. I have over 20 years’ experience of training, coaching and leading professionals, children and families from a wide range of backgrounds within a variety of organisations and educational settings.   Those precious life skills and experiences cross over naturally into my Life Coaching Business.

In my work as an NLP Coach, Master NLP and Master Hypnotherapy Practitioner and Master Time Line Therapist™ I draw on my unique communication skills from my expertise in professional and family support to effect real and lasting change. My coaching includes these three disciplines (NLP, Time Line Therapy™ and Hypnosis) because the top-quality training I received from the school behind my accreditation recognises from decades of experience that having and using these three techniques together ensures the best results.
