Happy Life Therapy and Coaching offers therapy, transformational coaching and Cognitive Hypnotherapy for people who feel anxious, want to change habits, feel stuck, overwhelmed, self critical or held back by old patterns. Sarah Pridham works with compassion, curiosity and deep positive regard using the most helpful blend of therapeutic approaches to support meaningful change from the inside out.
My hypnotherapy is highly personalised and designed around you as an individual. Rather than using a generic script, I take time to understand how your mind is creating and maintaining the issue you want to change - the thoughts, feelings, beliefs, memories, meanings and patterns involved.
Using Cognitive Hypnotherapy, NLP and compassionate suggestion, we work with the unconscious mind to update old responses, soften unhelpful emotional patterns and support new ways of feeling, thinking and being.
I also create bespoke hypnotherapy recordings, designed and written in hypnotic language patterns that are tailored specifically to you and what your mind most needs to hear, so the work can continue gently between sessions and beyond.
My coaching is not simply about getting you from A to B or setting goals and ticking boxes.
It is transformational coaching that helps you understand yourself more deeply, reconnect with your value and shift the patterns, beliefs and inner blocks that may be shaping how you show up in your life. Together, we explore what is really going on underneath the surface, so you can make changes from the inside out - with more self-trust, self-compassion, clarity and confidence. I can help you with accountability and designing a life that nourishes you.
My therapy is warm, down to earth and deeply supportive. I work with the belief that you are valuable, you are not broken and there is usually a very good reason why you feel, react or cope in the way you do. Often, the problem is not just the problem - everything is about something else.
