Am delighted with my Industrial Chic Hifi unit. The reclaimed Indian driftwood with sleek dark metal edging is stylish, attractive, unusual and definitely chic! It adds a fun, contemporary look to our cottage. Delivery was prompt with good packing. It only lost a star because you can’t fit plugs through the holes at the back, which means, irritatingly, having to remove and replace the plugs on everything.

We keep coming back to buy more furniture. I have furniture from other companies, but Hampshire Furniture is the only place my husband and I have gone back again and again. We have now been a customer for the 4th time and we have only once been disappointed, but the customer service is so good, they suggested a substitute, which was perfect. Far better than my original choice! What I like is I can ring up and ask for suggestions and the staff are very knowledgable and when they are not sure. They find out and give me the answer very quickly.

I chose the furniture for my new flat too early, but it was cheerfully stored for me without charge until I could take it. The helpful service from Hampshire Furniture is exceptional - nothing is too much trouble. The size of the table I ordered was slightly wrong on the website, but a chosen replacement was instantly ordered for me and delivered. The quality of the furniture is very good indeed.

It was a pleasure dealing with Melissa who was very helpful and prompt with her response to the questions I had surrounding my purchase of 2 white sideboards. The cupboards are of good quality and come with 2 sets of standard handles. However I bought my own handles to enhance the look of the product. Very good company to deal with and prompt delivery. Would recommend.
