I attended h2 Hypnotherapy as I have been struggling with my weight for a number of years. Harry immediately put me at ease and the setting was professional but comfortable. I attended 3 sessions with Harry, seeing a huge difference immediately after the first session, but truly seeing the difference in myself after the third session. This is not something I would ordinarily have tried, but having tried diet pills and various diets this really was life changing and has started my journey to a much happier and healthier life.
