Booked two weeks in advance for a sweep after finding them recommended on here and the association site. Took the day off work to wait for the afternoon appointment. Nobody turned up. I contacted the company to see if I was forgotten, no contact. I emailed them to ask if they are still coming. No response. I ended up going elsewhere.

Richard swept our two chimneys with log burners. We always use this company. He arrived on time, was polite and efficient and also very Covid-aware. He wore a mask throughout and kept social distance. Price very reasonable. Highly recommended.
