Bought a cabinet from Green Woods clearance section, so the price was great (though delivery cost from Bristol to Hertfordshire was extra, at £120). Communication with the company was easy. They answered my questions on the phone and by email. They delivered the cabinet on the agreed date and positioned it where I wanted the furniture to be put. They also put in the shelves for me. They come across as a very reliable company. The cabinet looks great and is special because it's so unique. I would buy from them again.

The organic mattresses from Green Woods Furniture are incredible! Made entirely from natural materials, they provide exceptional comfort and support. It's such a wonderful feeling to rest on a product that benefits both my health and the environment.

We are eco freaks and Simon and Green Woods are the answer to our prayers. They supplied our dining table and benches made from reclaimed wood. It is perfect and looks stunning, and I swear food even tastes better when we eat at it.

I was a little apprehensive to whether my chest of draws would live up to expectations after waiting the 8 weeks for it to be made but when it arrived I was so pleased with the look and finish of this product and completely beat all expectations!

Cannot praise Green Woods and owner Simon highly enough for the most beautiful recycled-wood bed and the friendly and professional service. I would recommend this company and its beautiful furniture to anyone - incuding those who, like me, are not necessarily on big incomes. I have just bought a new bed from Green Woods Furniture. Browsing and discussing options in the shop felt very relaxed, there was no pressure to buy, and the knowledge about and passion for the wood and furniture was clear. The bed that has been delivered is beautiful but robust and sturdy. The two guys who assembled it were warm and friendly, and assembled the bed quickly and efficiently. I'm really pleased with the bed, and already eyeing up my next purchase….

I've bought a dresser and a bed from GreenWoods and have been delighted with both. The service has been great: very flexible and always looking to find the right product and offer a fair deal. There seems as well to be a genuine commitment to sustainable sourcing: no greenwash here.

I have been very impressed by Simon and his team. We have a very narrow staircase and he visited prior to delivery (from Bristol to Oxford) to ensure that the furniture fit up our stairs. They were delivered and assembled and moved into position for us. We were asked about the most convenient delivery time and had this arranged to the hour. The furniture itself is sturdy, well built and traditional. We had it made to measure, the finish specified and handles to our request. Nothing like the flat pack or even JL furniture. We bought 2 book cases, a chest of drawers, a linens box and two bedside tables. I cannot believe what good value they are.

After going down the cheap and cheerful route for years, we wanted something of good quality that would last us and was a little bit different. Brilliant service, knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we wanted. Can’t recommend them more.
