Excellent tree, well shaped, bushy, height as advertised. And 10 days in it has hardly dropped any needles. Worth paying the extra for the quality, I reckon, and especially for delivery to the door. Very happy.

Wonderful tree, delivered on the date agreed. Kids are super happy and looking forward to an afternoon of decorating. The delivery guy was super helpful, and explained how to get the tree setup the best. The cost is in line with others, but the service level has been well above what was expected. Will definitely buy from them again next year.

Ordered our tree for Saturday, it didn't come. Sunday told to wait again, the tree will be delivered today, asked to speak to someone for a refund and was told someone would call me back and waited. Still no tree and no phone call. Waited in from 8am Saturday-6pm Sunday and no tree no refunds. Someone will call me tomorrow apparently… we're still waiting. No tree no refund.

The Good Elf team recently installed and dressed a beautiful 20ft Christmas Tree at the University of Leicester. The service was excellent from beginning to end. Thank you Chris and team!

I have ordered a 7ft non drop tree from this company. It was delivered on the day agreed but the tree brances ended at about 4. 5-5 feet and the rest was just one long twig sticking up. We had to cut the top so the star will sit without bending the single sticking up branch. Contacted the company the same day. Their respone? None! So this year we have a bush for Christmas. Next year we'll order from somewhere else….

On no account buy a tree from this company. Appalling customer service. A 6ft tree was delivered and left outside my flat door yesterday at 930am however with no widget to hold the tree upright. This could not be put right on Sunday but one delivered today but with no instructions how to use it. When I couldn't still get the tree in place I have rung 7 times today and emailed twice just to get someone to come round and sort this. Simple to sort you would think but no one has had the courtesy to call back. I have never complained before so don't do this lightly. I.

Really disappointed. Ordered a tree for Saturday delivery. Received an email confirmation of delivery day. Even emailed them again to confirm exact delivery location. Waited in all day Saturday. Missed a kids party. Paid to put my puppy in "daycare" - all so I could decorate the tree. By 3pm I started to get nervous. Called them. They had no record of my delivery on their system. The quickest they can get it to me is Tuesday! This is no good as all my plans have been to decorate this weekend. Terrible service which has cost me money and completely screwed up my weekend. I'm NOT happy at all. Now I have to desperately find somebody to deliver at short notice or I will have a very disappointed child. Sort yourselves out Elves. Cannot recommend this door to door real xmas tree delivery company enough! Order yours now! This gorgeous real tree arrived fresh and perfectly shaped at my door 2 weeks before xmas, the aroma filled my little apartment with christmas cheer and it even came with a stand! It was plump and straight and I couldn't have chosen a more perfect tree myself. But that's just the thing. I cannot go out and choose a real tree as I neither have transport or the means to carry it up to my apartment so goodelf solved all my Christmas worries.
