I contracted Go For Cleaning LTD to for a professional upholstery clean of a sofa, armchair, and bed headboard and footboard. They insisted on payment in cash in full in advance, which should have been a red flag, but I decided to go with it anyway. On the day of the cleaning they turned up 1h20min late, and the steam cleaning machine was faulty and damaged my wooden floorboards where it spilled water on them. It was agreed they would come back the following day. The next day they were 2h 30 min late, and proceeded to clean the furniture and bed. When cleaning the bed the technician stepped on one of the bed slats and broke it. The technician provided some money out of his own pocket for replace the bedslat, though I had to carry out all the research/ordering myself to find this, and the bed is unusable for a number of days while I wait for this to arrive. After the steam cleaning of the furniture and bed was complete, the technician applied some new wax to the floorboards where they had been damaged. However, the bed headboard was still stained, and all the minor stains on the furniture were still present after drying; the cleaning itself had achieved nothing. Go For Cleaning LTD say not all stains are removable, but they did not remove ANY stains at all (of any type or size), and they did not carry out any pre-treatment of the stains which they say they do. I would strongly NOT recommend Go For Cleaning LTD, given the complete failure to clean the stains, the multiple damages to my property and the combined 3h 50 min lateness over both days. .Moreexpand_more
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. To say I am incredibly disappointed with the clean at the property is an understatement, I paid for 4 hours cleaning, When I spoke on the phone, I was informed that as the property was small, they had completed the job in 2 hours. I’m now going to list everything that was not done correctly; I’ve attached photos as evidence. 1. Windows not cleaned from the inside in any room, Kitchen, Frontroom, bedroom, Bathroom. 2. Thick dust on the floor in the front room, kitchen and bedroom. 3. White paint marks on the floor all over the flat (the paint is water soluble and would come up easily with a sponge and fairy liquid as I informed your cleaning team). 4. Builders dust in the bedroom down by the cabinet (no effort has been made to move the very light objects in the bedroom and clean behind, this is in direct contradiction of the service you offer on your website). 5. Dust and dirt in kitchen cupboards. 6. Grime on the bathroom floor under the bag.Disgusting service, and to be ignored continually by "nick" was the icing on the cake. .Moreexpand_more
I booked an end of tenancy. Our removers let us down, we called them to see if we could postpone (not cancel). He told us we could, but we would have to pay twice as the cancellation was the full cost of the service. Nick didn't care for our situation and threatened us with debt collectors. Whilst moving our items (ourselves as our removers cancelled) the cleaner arrived. My step-son let her in, she demanded cash on arrival. The terms and conditions that we were frequently directed to in regards to the cancellation policy stated that they only take cash on completion. My step-son could only withdraw £100 from the cash machine and our return ETA was 1. 5hrs. We called Nick and were informed they wouldn't start and we would be charged a waiting fee. Eventually we arranged £100 cash and the rest as a bank transfer. Once received they cancelled our guarantee due to belongings in the property (which they were well aware of) Happy to provide images for those that want to see how bad they are.Moreexpand_more
Sorry in advance I twill be long. I used this company for and end of tenancy cleaning. Quiet a few tings missed. Also my brand new and quiet costly bathroom cabinet was scratched about 10 times with long scratches. The cleaners and the manager both denied any responsibility and laughed me on the phone. Also told me if I can proof they did it they would compensate otherwise they don't care. The cleaning cost me more that £100 and the cabinet with builder work to put it up about £400. Not a good value to spend about £500 on a job I had to finish myself as the new tenant was moving in. They did offer to came back for the cleaning however I refused as I do not want more damage done to my property. Also find it interesting, on their website no full name of anyone available. They also have a 100 guarantee stamp on their website… do not seem to have any relevance to this business. I have plenty more pictures of dirty parts left in the flat and from the mirror scratching too. Also my agent my builder and also my partner can back me up the scratches were not there before the cleaners came. / also even the cleaners said they didn't notice any damage on the cupboard mirror. However when I asked when it has happened than if it was not there before and was there when I went back to check on their job. They could't/ and did't want to answer.Moreexpand_more
Hi, I had carpet cleaner from Go for Cleaning. Amazing difference on my carpets, they are like new now. Very happy with it, they are reliable and punctual. Would recommend them to others and will use the same carpet cleaner in 6 months time. Thanks. Izabela. SW3.
