New boiler fitted by GA Services of Plymouth. All installation done as one would normally expect. However, I found that after installation, the efficiency of the boiler was less than expected. The amount of water which had to be drawn off to achieve the right temperature was rather excessive. After three call outs by GA services and two from Veissmann we have come to accept that the constant flow of hot water in non achievable. Our routine now, is to draw off half a gallon of water and boil it in the kettle before adding the less than desired hot water to this. Now had the boiler for one year, ready for its first annual service. Called GA services, to book annual service, no answer, changed offices, emails bounced back. Finally, after much research managed to contact the owner of the company. GA services gave five years free servicing which they deny. Looked back in my files and low and behold 5 years servicing in black and white. Sent this off to GA services. First year service due on the 7/7/22, still no reply. I’m led to believe that this company had folded. So, I presume others are in the same boat. The boiler I had installed was the Veissmann 50 - 29Kw. .Moreexpand_more

Yesterday we had a new boiler. Malcolm&Jamie arrived at 8. 00am and started to dismantle the old boiler straight away. By 10am the new boiler arrived delivered by Plumbase. By this time the old boiler was removed and in the front garden and the new one was unpacked and in the house. With no lunch breaks the job was completed in 6 hours. The old boiler all the packaging were cleared away and all we were left with was a shiny new Worcester boiler. Thanks to all the people involved from engineers to office staff in Plymouth.

Very knowledgeable, found the fault and fixed it within minutes. Great price great service will definitely be using him again. Highly recommended thank you so much.

As I'm not Gas Safe registered, Gary is my go-to gas engineer. Honestly this guy knows his stuff. A neat and tidy worker who is reliable and trustworthy.
