Gascheck

I have had cause to ask Mark at Gascheck for his help on a number of occasions. These have ranged from a gas leak (! ) to fitting a gas fire, to installing a whole central heating system. He has never been anything other than professional, prompt, courteous and value for money. I trust him absolutely and feel safe with his knowledge of gas and plumbing.

The work we had done was excellent and efficient. We would reccommend them.

I rang Gascheck to fit a new boiler after being let down by another plumber. Marc visited the house and by the evening I had received his quote. They carried out the works professionally and provided all the paperwork relating to guarantee registration and gas safe certificate straight away after the completion of the work. The installation work was tidy and neat. They even painted copper pipes white at no extra cost. All the floors were properly put back and our life returned to normality very quickly. Their price was very reasonable and even though the work took them longer, their quotation remained the same. I can highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again.

Marc has just fitted a small gas wall heater for me and I'm very pleased with the result. Marc initially advised me about which heater would be best for me + kept in contact with me when he was genuinely unable to keep our first appointment date for fitting. Marc worked quickly and comptently throughout + left the room clean and clear of all debris. Initially I called Gas-Check out to install 2 new radiators (one a towel type for the bathroom) & moving the old bathroom one to a bedroom in which didn´t have one, I was happy that he checked the boiler capability prior to accepting the job. Thus, from there on in it was all highly professional, flexible arrangements & the bill never wavered from the quote, of which was exceptional value for the work done. Since then, I was happy to find out that Gas-Check were qualified to issue safety certificates too, so I was more than happy to trust them with my old home in which I was now renting. With the boiler serviced & the flat gas safe in one, I´m lucky to have found such a superb worker (who is also a friendly chap too). Highly recommended.
