We contacted Steve at G3 New Media originally with a view to improving our existing website which was looking a little outdated and lacking in functionality and customer user friendliness, Steve's clever and experienced advice was to start from fresh and rebuild the whole thing as a brand new website rather than try to improve on what we had , this proved to be very good advice indeed, he set to work on the date he had scheduled for us and within less than a week he had already sent us visible previews of how the site would look, feel and operate, the results far surpassed any expectations we had we were delighted to say the least, he then implicated all of this into the finished design over the coming weeks while keeping us updated on all of his progress at all times with what can only be described as fantastic communication skills. When the new site was finished and we had approved the final design he seamlessly transferred our old site for the new site and we were back to business as usual. We are highly delighted with our newly improved website, it has also brought us increased visibility online and the site now gives customers a far better buying experience, we are already experiencing significant improvement in terms of our sales. I am an eBay seller who has built up a growing business on eBay, but due to the increasing unreliability of eBay and it's ever changing policies I decided to support and supplement my eBay business with an eccommerce website. The finished website is more professional than I could have hoped for and is importantly easy and simple to use for both me, and my customers.
