I don't usually write reviews but…. The service and value were exceptional. The pear-shaped ring setting was designed and supplied very quickly - and price incredibly competitive compared with local jeweller quotes. Excellent communication throughout the process and ring supplied in beautiful box and a full set of documentation, including valuation.

We have had engagement, wedding and eternity rings from G H Moore, and every time the service has been exceptional and the quality of the highest order. After a poor experience with Goldcrafts we went back to Moore and Son, and have not been disappointed. Great service, always friendly, cleans and polish our rings regularly and generally very good service.

The work is first class and sales service excellent. I was amazed by both the quality and professionalism of the team at GH. Moore and sons! I was looking for wedding rings for myself and my partner and were attracted to these established jewellers online. Although hesitant I called the store for some further advice on our selection and then advised to find out our ring sizes locally, then to call them back to place the order. I called back a few days later to place our order. The rings arrived 2 days later, beautifully packaged with insurance valuation certificate and aftercare details. I would highly recommend GH. Ordered a customer-designed titanium wedding band from GHM in March 2012. I ordered it at their shop in Birmingham and it was sent to me by post around 7 days later. The ring was really nicely made and the value was excellent. GHM make the rings on-site so you can discuss bespoke designs directly with the man who will make the ring for you. Very pleased with the service and quality.
