Hi Phil, just wanted to thank you again for helping me through my part 3 exam on first attempt. I would never have been able to do this without your help. When I first started with you I know my knowledge was very poor but you helped me overcome this and made me a better driving instructor. I will advise you to everyone I speak to within the industry. As promised to the examiner on the day I will still continue our sessions once a month. Thank you so much.

I had failed my first attempt at my pt3 and was lucky enough to have Phil recommended by another instructor. I then had five sessions with Phil. He fitted me in even doing one session on a Sunday morning. After each observed session he provided comprehensive feedback (written and verbal), including advice on how to improve the areas that needed it. Today I passed my pt3. Whilst I also did my own research and study using other sources, without the in car training I had done with Phil I certainly wouldn’t have had the confidence I did going into the exam today. I had previously used another ORDIT registered trainer and found Phil way better. Phil was always professional pleasant and put my pupil at ease. I have no hesitation in unreservedly recommending Phil. .

I would highly recommend Phil’s training to anyone looking to become an ADI. I breezed through my part 3 test first time with a high score thanks to the high standard of training I received from Phil. Very happy with the service I received and I will be using Phil for preparation for my future standards checks and further development. He is in my opinion the best instructor trainer around.

Don’t do what I did. Do not wait until you’ve failed the part 3 twice before getting in touch with Phil Knight. If this job is important to you don’t mess around, go to the best. One on one training, no problem. Sit in while you’re teaching a pupil, no problem. You sit in while he’s teaching your pupil, no problem. Phil Knight is the reason I’m not trying to book a part 1 test today.

Couldn’t recommend Phil enough because oh his hard work and the dedication he has for this job made me pass part 2 first time last year and today I went and passed part 3 on my first attempt this all thanks to Phil’s hard work, thank you so much Phil on helping me achieve my goals .

I did my training for the ADI Part 3 with Phil and PASSED FIRST TIME. From the very first day I met Phil I was sure I had made the right decision. He discussed my goals and expectations and set realistic targets for me. He is very polite, calm and patient. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience and knows how to get the best out of you. I did my adi 2 and adi 3 training with phil and If you want to get it right first time then I highly recommend him. I couldn't fault a single thing about phil a nice bloke and extremely good at what he does, I will continue to use his services for any standard checks for the future. I paid a lot of money to a large North East Driving Franchise to learn to become an ADI After being taught very poorlyl I decided to leave at my first opportunity. This was when I Was introduced to Phil. From day 1 Phil changed my thoughts on driving. He is the most thorough instructor. By the time I came to do my part 3 I was full of confidence cos no way was the examiner gonna be tougher to please than Phil. Even the examiner mentioned that I had been well trained. Thanks Phil cant recommend you highly enough.

Today I passed my part 3 and I can’t thank Phil enough. He is a fantastic teacher. Always puts his all in and always on the end of the phone if you need help.
