I offer professional hypnotherapy services in Southport and the North West areas and online. As a qualified hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner with over 26 years experience, I help individuals achieve the calm and control they seek. With my extensive background, you can trust that you are in safe and skilled hands.

I am passionate about and specialise in the Principles and Applications of Hypnotherapy (nlp), Advanced Sports Therapy and FirstAid. Incorporating them within Clinical Health, Worksite Health, Schools and Colleges and my Workshops.

I began my career as a Sports Therapist over 28 years ago. I also trained in the clinical application of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy in 1999, further developing my ability to enhance a person’s healing and motivational strategies, specialising in the use of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP).

In 2002 I up-dated my Sports Therapy skills to an Advanced Clinical level 5.

Having many successful years at my Sports Injury Clinic and Hypnotherapy Room in Yorkshire, I also work as a free-lance teacher at various private training providers and colleges in the UK. I have treated many Celebrity athletes, Dancers and Sports teams over the years. I am also an OldPain2Go practitioner and First Aid Instructor.
