Train to become a self employed Driving Instructor by completing the FREEDOM Driving Instructor training course. This will involve passing the following tests.

Part 1 Theory Test: As a Driving Instructor you will need to be able to understand the driving knowledge theory and have an above average competency in the DVSA Highway Code.

Part 2 Driving Ability Test: A 12 hour driver training is required with the ability to have top up lessons if further lessons are required. If successful you will be allowed to apply for a driver competency test. Individuals will be assessed on their driving ability and musy demonstrate they are a competent driver and able to abide by the highway code, drive safely and complete necessary manoeuvres.

Part 3: Instructor ability involves being taught by a qualified driving instructor teacher on how to demonstrate traching competency and become experienced in giving instructions to a learner driver and ensuring you have control of the driving instructor vehicle at all times.
