We had a leaking extension roof that Frazer has replaced this week. Razor was recommended to us by a friend and we are very happy with what he has done for us. The work of Frazer and his team has been excellent, the finish is very neat and tidy. Frazer took time to explain things to us well. We have been so pleased with the work that we have asked Frazer to do other jobs for us too. He and his team have been careful with our things and have thoroughly cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. We cannot recommend him highly enough to others.

We have been delighted with Frazer Whelan with various projects at our house in Sheffield, and we can highly recommend him to others in Sheffield. We used Fraser to do some work to satisfy building regulations for a loft extension which was left unfinished by a previous tradesman. Fraser was honest, reliable and easy to communicate with. Awaiting our building inspection but very happy with the work done. We are very likely to use Fraser again for further jobs.

We hired Frazer and his team to complete a kitchen/dining room conversion which involved the removal of a chimney breast through 3 floors of our house. Frazer and his team completed this work to a very high standard and in a short space of time. Frazer was very easy to deal with and was happy to accommodate extra jobs as they cropped up. Tidy work with care and consideration. Would highly recommend.

We needed a complete house refurbishment. Frazer definitely was the man for the job. He is dependable, conscientious, honest and trustworthy. We had extensive work done, removal of chimney and chimney breasts, made good all areas to an excellent finish. Stripped all our rooms walls, and ceilings and his team re-plastered them all. Frazer prepared the downstairs floors for underfloor heating to exact specifications. Re-constructed our porch to make it larger. Opened up our kitchen area through to our dining area to the exact requirements to accommodate new and larger external bi-fold doors. In the outside area he took down and replaced a large area of tall fencing and made a superb and secure job of that. There are other jobs Frazer and his team did, such as newly constructed roof area. Frazer and his team worked solidly for 4 months (this was his original estimated period of time it would take!). Not only were we very impressed by Frazer and team's standard of work and attitude but our neighbours frequently praised what they saw and how respectful they all were of the neighbours. Frazer did a magnificent job of liaising both with us as well as how he project managed the entire house refurbishment. Nothing was a problem for Frazer, he enabled the whole project to run smoothly. Frazer initially repaired an outside drain for us, and as a result of how pleased we were with his work we asked him to install our fireplace. He did a great job on this too, took a lot of trouble over it and came over the weekend to make sure it was done in time. He was knowledgeable, helpful and always responded promptly to calls and texts. Very happy, will use again.

Frazer knocked two internal walls out and levelled my floor in the kitchen. Frazer is very easy to get on with and gives good suggestions to keep on budget with a great finish, very friendly too. Always turned up on time and went the extra mile. I will definitely use him again.

We had a chimney breast removed, RSJ installed, floors levelled and old kitchen ripped out and a lovely new one installed. Along with a new boiler a full kitchen renovation. Frazer listened to what we wanted and gave useful advice and he was full of good ideas and solutions. Frazer and his team are reliable and approachable and always ready for a laugh. Reasonable on price and we would highly recommend him and his team.

I needed four concrete flags laying to extend our patio. I contacted 3 builders and Frazer was the only one who replied. He was easy to contact and deal with. He came on the day agreed and did a very good job. Would definitely use again.

Frazer did a great job installing some extra storage in the eves of my existing loft conversion. Of all the quotes I had, I felt Frazer listened the most and we had a good discussion. Whilst in progress, there was a structural issue with the existing conversion that Frazer talked me through and gave me the choice if I wanted to alter the design slightly. When the work was done, it was all as we had discussed, all clean any tidy too. Very happy with the additional space I now have.

Frazer fitted a wood burning stove for me in december,he arrived when he said he would,showed me how to use my stove,recommended where to purchase wood and got back in touch a couple of days later to see if everything was ok.

Frazer and his colleagues have worked on several jobs for me in recent years. Ranging from block paving, walling, fencing, roofing and Velux windows. The work has always been carried out to a very high standard, he is reliable and gives sound advice.
