About Forest Retreat

We at Forest Retreat offer compassionate, evidence-based support to individuals struggling with drug and alcohol dependence in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. Our services cover the full continuum of care: medically supervised detoxification, inpatient rehabilitation in a safe, structured environment, individual therapy for private, personalised healing, group therapy to foster connections and shared growth, and family therapy to repair relationships and strengthen support networks.

After the main treatment phase, we provide aftercare planning to help our clients reintegrate in to daily life and maintain long-term recovery.
