Flash Guardian

Can't thank Dominic enough for recovering photo images from an otherwise defunct SD card. About half the images were taken on a trip to New Zealand. They would have been irreplaceable had it not been for Dominic's expertise. Many thanks once again. Geoff Darnbrook.

I was devastated when I came to download my pictures of a recent holiday. One which would probably not have the three children concerned together for another holiday. The file corrupted and neither I nor any other computer-literate person was able to do anything about it. In desperation I Googled 'Card Recovery' and chose Flash Guardian (Possibly because I had grown up with the original Flash Gordon) Thanks to them I now have all the photos we took on holiday, plus some which had got lost in the ether two years ago. I'm obviously delighted with the outcome and would definitely recommend this company if you are experiencing similar loss.

I was on a round the world trip and while in London, 5 days before Christmas, removed my storage card from the camera to back it up on my tablet to find there was no trace of the over 500 photos. Luckily I found Flash Guardian and Dominic was easy to talk and fairly sure he could recover most if not all, with no promises made. He rang on receiving the card and later to say he had recovered in excess of 800 photos. He posted the DVD on receipt of my funds and kept a backup DVD in case it got lost in the Christmas post. I received it on Christmas Eve and it made my Christmas. I thoroughly recommend him and his company.

Retrieval of photos from corrupt memory card. I sent the corrupted card to Flash Guardian to request retrieval of photos. This was done sucessfully, very quickly and Dominic was very helpful in describing what had happened and in getting back to me with the results. Good service and value for money. Would definitely recommend.

SD card had inexplicably failed and would not even register on any computer. Flash Guardian were upfront throughout, telling us of likely costs, keeping us informed throughout, and most importantly managed to recover all the photos we were sure were gone for good. Ok, it's not cheap, but better value than similar services and well worth it to recover things worth something to you.

I got in touch with the company after coming home from holiday and discovering a ruined memory card. The company were fantastic. They were upfront about all the prices and kept you in the loop about progress. I got back about 90% of my photos and charged the cheapest price that I had been quoted. The card and disc was sent back quickly. Brilliant service.

Although my files were so badly damaged they could not be recovered, Flash Guardian made every effort and were incredibly thorough. They handled the work with utmost professionalism - a warm friendly service. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

The company was brilliant to deal with. They managed to recover all of my photos from 2 holidays in far less time than I expected and far less cost. Some other companies were going to charge me 3 or 4 times the amount. They charge £10 to look at and other companies were about £60-£75. I would highly recommend their service based on the experience that I have had with them.
